ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of product sales via the Eylie Body website.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed based on the user's country. However, photographs and descriptive texts do not have contractual value.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
Product prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are specified during the order.
ARTICLE 6 – ORDER
Order Placement: The buyer places an order via the website.
Order Validation: The order is validated after full payment.
Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent to the buyer after validation.
ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT
Payments are made via PayPal or any other secure payment method. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. Delivery times are specified during the order process.
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product. To exercise this right, the buyer must contact the seller by email.
ARTICLE 10 – WARRANTIES
Legal Conformity Warranty
In accordance with Articles L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, the seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is responsible for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
- The goods must conform to the expected use and the description provided by the seller.
- In case of a conformity defect, the buyer may request repair or replacement of the goods.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, the buyer may obtain a price reduction or reimbursement of the paid price, in accordance with Article L. 217-14 of the Consumer Code.
This warranty is valid for two years from the delivery date.
Hidden Defects Warranty
In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller is liable for hidden defects in the sold item.
The buyer may request the cancellation of the sale or a price reduction, in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 11 – MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the buyer may refer the dispute to a consumer mediator for resolution.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of the site or products.
ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. Any disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
ARTICLE 14 – MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
